As a veggie, I didn’t necessarily get to experience all of the culinary delights that South America has to offer, such as llama and alpaca!
However, I was able to explore their other speciality – street food.
We stumbled upon this street stall on a walking tour of the downtown on Medellin city and tried out the cheesy doughy fried snack, delicious!
A buñuelo is a fried dough fritter found in Southwest Europe, Latin America, and parts of Africa and Asia.
